The state of the footpath outside houses numbered 7 and 9 on Sandcliffe Road, Grantham. Reported anonymously at 11:12, Fri 22 November 2019 The bitumen holding the surface dressing is leaching away. These areas are close to the kerb and are probably being made worse by the motorist who think that the correct way to "park" a car is to have two wheels on the footpath. There are also longitudinal cracks between the old footpath and later cable trenches.
