Damaged and worn 'no entry' signs on Aswell Street Reported anonymously at 21:39, Tuesday 1 February 2022 Both of the 'no entry' signs at the southern end of Aswell Street are in need of replacement. They do not look safe and show evidence of neglect. The casing on both signs is corroded and damaged with exposed rusty corners and holes in the metalwork. See photos for further detail. There's a potential a child or animal could stick their hands or paws into the holes resulting in injury. The faces of the signs have faded and no longer clearly display the 'no entry' sign for advancing motorists and cyclists to observe. These signs have long passed their shelf-life and should be replaced with modern, safer, and clearly visible road signs.
