Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2902801.

The road is sinking again in the same place we had the fatality. Even at 40mph the car rocks when you drive over it. It needs attention before anyone else dies on that road. Thank you Ellen

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We are aware of this condition of the carriageway in this location. At present we have a temporary 40mph speed limit and a forward planning brief has been raised for a large scheme of works to take place in the near future. We will continue to monitor the area through route and ad-hoc safety inspection and raise any works for intervention level defects. Thank you for reporting this matter.
