Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2903008.
The recent surface dressing has left a large amount of loose and sticky clippings on the pavements either side of the work, it needs clearing up.

I am surprised you have closed this as the footpaths are still a mess and the sticky stones from the road tread around everywhere.
