Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2903506.

The water is NOT DRAINING away... kids are throwing stones in the water, paddling and causing a nuisance. Cars are parked and if damaged who do we hold responsibility?????

Also a lady who is disabled is unable to park close to her home.

    The puddle has cleared up today but this still needs sorting for the future as it has caused many problems with residents. Arguments with unruly kids throwing stones and hitting the cars parked, skidding in the puddle causing the filthy water covering cars... resident has tried to rod the drain with some success but it needs cleaning properly as its full of slurry.

    This has now been ongoing for 2 weeks. There is also a pot hole that a young girl went threw the puddle on her scooter and went flying off and face down. No she shouldn't be in the middle of the road but nor should she hurt herself.
