• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We have reviewed the reported area and, at present, there are no immediate hazards to highway users arising from the leaf debris. Unfortunately, the accumulation of leaves and other natural debris is largely weather-related and cannot always be prevented. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine highway maintenance to ensure that it remains safe and accessible for all users. Thank you for reporting this matter.
