Walking / cycle path between Sheldrake Road and Rookery Ave

The path has multiple deep cracks and ruts along the entirety of the path. This is a heavily used walkway between St Boltophs school and the rest of the neighbourhood. Bike tyres, push chair tyres, wheelchair tyres could easily be caught up making it dangerous for walkers and cyclists.
