A46 between Snarford and Faldingworth east bound

Reported via mobile in the Damaged road edge, encroaches more than 100mm category anonymously at 18:56, Tuesday 1 September 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2903701.

The edges of the highway are suffering from increasingly encroaching subsidence. This causing vehicles to lurch about quite significantly. These areas are as much as 2 to 3 metres in length and encroach into the highway by as much as 2 metres.

Lincolnshire County Council is already aware of the carriageway condition and whilst we appreciate there are subsidence issues along this carriageway. It is not considered to be at a point that is a danger to highway users. No defects or works will be raised at this time Thank you for reporting this matter.
