East gate man hole raised due to flooding water half way up the car and man hole raised causing a new tyre, part of tyre still in it

Thursday 27th August 1pm, heavy rain, on Eastgate , flooding man hole raised with the water like a fountain half way up the car causing the tyre to rip, wouldn’t mind but only had on new 5 weeks, took car back to Louth tyres who took the photo of it and had to fit a new tyre on, went back spoke to a home owner who was putting sand bags out, said happens all the time with heavy rain, I wouldn’t of minded but the tyres was all new 5 weeks ago, I have the proof, it was put back in once the rain stopped to stop further damage to other cars
