Eyam Way at end of Cul de Sac

There is now oil being spread around the road, it is a nuisance as one vehicle is coming and going but parking there for days at a time, leaking oil, and then when the vehicle leaves or parks elsewhere more oil is being leaked. Children are then riding their bikes through the oil, or other vehicles are going through it and spreading it around the road. The owner of the vehicle refuses to either fix the problem of his vehicle or clean the road up. This issue has been there for nearly two months and is getting gradually worse.
