I own the cottage at the bottom of a private shared access road. at the top of the drive as it goes to highways there has been a car bay painted on the road for parking at the doctors surgery. This is not acceptable it does not meet highway regs have been unable to exit my driveway a few times now if emergency services needed to get down to my house or the other house down that drive they would not be able to this needs sorting out ASAP
