Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2903807.

Silver Birch over hanging road on bend has become a hazard with no footpath so pedestrians walking in road. Also trees on this small open space have out grown the area and reached 40m+ with a fork in the trunk.
