Pavement next to sports field

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2904054.

This is a crossing point to the other side of the road/pavement. Over grown verge, dirt/debris and tuffs of grass on both sides of the road/pavement makes it impossible to cross with a pram, stroller or mobility aid. Both sides have a drop kerb just impossible to use
