Blocked culvert

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2904247.

Theo culvert is blocked and it’s causing the dyke to overflow onto people’s gardens, the culvert and dyke have got to be cleared out as a matter of urgency as all the drainage in the local area depends on it

However because the pipe and dyke in question is likely under riparian ownership Upper Witham Drainage Board may consider carrying out further investigation and enforcement action on your behalf.
