  • Thank you for your enquiry. Lincolnshire County Council does not remove weeds from within the highway unless there is a safety issue, which is not the case in this instance. Utility companies with assets within the highway are responsible for any maintenance required for access and we recommend that you raise this matter with Anglian Water https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/ contact-us/ Thank you for reporting this matter.
