Mud permanently smeared across the pavement to the detriment and danger of pedestrians. Caused by an illegal turf sales business. Problem has persisted for 6 months. As business owners do not clear the mud up, the Council need to include clean up in local street cleaning operations, or put an enforcement notice on the illegal business.
