Weeds need removing and area needs a general tidy up. People are losing pride in their town due to the build up of weeds and the sense of neglect that it gives. Galley Hill in Sleaford is one of the main routes into town and quite often has stand still traffic on it. People have plenty of time to see how little the area is cared for.
