Cars parking on pavements so people can't walk on the path

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and North Kesteven District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1057408.

People with pushchairs and limited vision can't walk on the paths after 5pm as people park on the paths. People are parking on the speed humps. Parking on corners so vision when pulling out is limited.
