The lights at the crossing dont work

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1076617.

You have 2 engineers that visit these crossing lights. One seems to have them work correctly - They stop the traffic. Then the other engineer comes and changes the times on the crossing lights, they only go to stop after waiting ages and they change when no traffic is about? Can you not fix the lights so they do what they are meant to and get you across the road. Rather than stand at them for ages, and when there is no traffic, I I would have got myself across, the lights go red.
