Pavement all breaking up and uneven

Pavement surface all breaking up making very uneven surface I use this pavement as part of my route to town. I travel on a mobility scooter and it shakes/vibrates it and hurts my back. Location of problem is Edinburgh walk between cemetery gate and junction on to park lane
