Footpath large lifting of tarmac from tree roots outside no 42 and no 43 on Ruskin Ave Lincoln .I class these as very dangerous to any one in a wheelchair or electric scooters going over them witchcraft could throw them out of the wheelchair or scooter on anyone who walks over them could trip
