Car park machines not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1092130.

The pay machines in Cattlemarket car park are not working and people cannot get through to pay on their phones. Numerous complaints have been received at the Town Hall as to what people can do to resolve this issue and to stop getting a ticket from traffic wardens. Please advise.
