Bollards erected over public parking spaces

Sent to Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1109285.

There are three public parking spaces next to 31 Whittle Close for the use of all residents. Parking bollards have been erected preventing the use of these parking spaces by residents. Workman informed us that the gentlemen living at 31 Whittle Close instructed him to put them up.

    Please see photos uploaded from my property deeds clearly showing the three parking spaces are for communal use. Photo of the bollards have also been provided.

    The owner of 31 Whittle Close does have a private, allocated parking space outside of his house which he owns.
