Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1121364.

Why are there no payment meters in western end of carpark. ie park car walk 250 meters, get ticket walk 250 meters returning to car, locate ticket, walk 250meters leaving carpark.
