Numerous pot holes and loose tarmac down Stamford street.

Potholes are filled with cold tarmac but then soon reappear. There a numerous places down Stamford street where there 're potholes and loose tarmac and they are dangerous. People swerve to avoid them and almost hit cars! Been ongoing for months
