Pothole spanning half the carriageway going towards Washingborough

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1184867.

Massive pothole, covering half of the road going towards Washingborough just before the railway bridge. This pothole is so big you have to go on the wrong side to avoid it. Also, it has knocked my wheel alignment out so where should I send the bill please for compensation?
