Flooding

Outside of number 24 , After and during rain the water collects outside our property and then stands. damage to our outer walls becomes evident over time from saturation because of splash from traffic,and repairs have had to be carried out twice in 2 years to pointing since we moved here. The road is within 3 feet of the property and the pavement is nearly flush with the road,so passing traffic causes considerable water splash. The puddle that forms is very dangerous to traffic, the public and property. When ice forms the road is treacherous and we fear an accident is just waiting to happen. Traffic could slide straight into our house. The drains are either non-existent or not positioned to carry the water away. There is no drain near our property and the water does not flow to any drain. Tried to report this on the skdc site but it just keeps failing, so hope this works.
