Large pothole near building

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1245448.

There is no lighting on this part of the road and the pothole was full of water so i didn't see it. I had to move over to the edge of the road to avoid an oncoming tractor with its lights on full beam. I hit the pothole at approximately 20 mph and both my front and rear nearside tyres were punctured. I won't know whether there is any damage to the wheel rims until the tyres are replaced tomorrow: 15/03/18. Photos to follow and measurements of the diameter of the pothole.
