Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1264925.

Total flooding of footpath for fifty yards and partial flooding for a further fifty yards despite the highways department digging a swathe in the grass verge to prevent this happening, after prolonged rain pedestrians have to walk in road, this problem has been ongoing for a number of years between no 3 bridge end and no 7 and along to no 13
