Guant deep pothole where orange cones were no where near

Going through barrowby to get onto A52 just before end of road left side there were sone orange cones on the side of rd but the were not near the very deep pothole,where my car had to swerve to miss a gigantic deep pothole .i suspect they should of been situated near the pothole. I had tobswerve to muss pothole this is very dangerous if there had been a car coming I could of been in a serious accident or damaged my car please fix
