Previously repaired potholes reopening

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1278230.

Previously repaired LARGE potholes that were repaired/relaid have reopened and are in a very dangerous state. Vehicles have to encroach into the opposite carriageway causing issues with oncoming traffic. Please fix quickly and properly
