Road surface missing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1289851.

End of the road is like a moonscape. Potholes inside potholes, large amount of road surface has gone. More importantly it is an accident black-spot, the white road-markings are missing where the road surface used to be.
