Manhole cover collapsing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1310407.

A metal manhole cover at the edge of the road is collapsing. You can clearly see a split across it. Needs urgent repair befor it fully collapses. Is next to a double BT manhole on pavement
