Large amount of water flowing down pavement and road

Reported by Gary Harden at 12:33, Tue 15 May 2018

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1312654.

For over a year there has been water flowing down the pavement and road creating potholes, but today I was walking on the path and it is so slippy I fell over. Anglian water says it's not from their reservoir and has been tested.

  • Thousands of gallons of water are flowing down the drains here 24/7, it seems nobody wants to take responsibility for it still. Hose pipe ban you’re having a giraffe guys! Meanwhile its making a mess of the road which is crumbling and has deep holes, what is going off here? I have also reported this to Anglian Water who have done nothing, looks like they don't consider it their problem either, you could not make it up...

  • The road surface has now formed large enough pot holes that the uphill traffic is being forced onto the other carriageway to avoid them. As this is on the approach to a blind bend sooner or later there is going to be a collision. The "Stream" is still running down the road and ice was forming this morning. This will accelerate the road break up. Nobody seems to be accepting this issue as their problem.
