House moves and shakes when vehicles pass

My house shakes and moves whenever a large vehicle passes our house. Our neighbours have also mentioned it to me. There is a pipe or cable running under the road directly out the front of the house and it looks like the tarmac is collapsing which in turn is causing impact from the lorries and buses. This is getting worse and needs inspecting.
