Overgrown shrubs off Birchwood view Gainsborough

Shrubs are overgrown blocking footpaths. The grass has been mowed so far only once this year about a month ago. The did not strim fist hiding fences and causing accidents and did not mow into the corners. Grass gets so long it is littered with dog mess. Have tried repeatedly to contact Greenbelt who are responsible without success. Frustrated dies not begin to cover it!
