Many potholes in middle of road between pizza hut and walkers crisps

These potholes have been here on this stretch of Newark road for at least 3 months. one was filled in (not photographed) in June but the rest seem to have been left. I have photographed the one outside Pizza Hut where you can seen the brick showing and a cluster of three outside the entrance to Walkers crisps. Although there are many more along this stretch of road.
