There are several badly damaged railings on the junction at the Market Place in Wragby.

Reported in the Pedestrian guard rail missing/damaged category anonymously at 11:34, Tue 28 August 2018

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 336543.

I would request that you attend this location and see for yourselves my concerns. Several of the railings are badly damaged due to accidents. Can you please tell me if these damaged railings are still capable of protecting pedestrians if there were to be any future incidents involving vehicles hitting theses damaged railings. I cannot believe that the railings in their current state would provide the same protection as those which have not been damaged. I believe this to be a health and safety issue. IN THE PAST I HAVE TRIED THROUGH THE PARISH COUNCIL TO HAVE THE DAMAGED RAILINGS REPLACED BUT UNFORTUNATELY I NEVER GOT A DEFINITIVE REPLY AND AM STILL WAITING AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS. I would be happy to meet your engineer at the scene if necessary. Thanks.
