The right filter turning down Brayford Wharf East traffic light is on an extremely long rotation. I've been caught most nights this week at around 5-5:15pm for at least 7 or 8 minutes a time. I've seen a couple of cars run the lights through impatience which obviously is unsafe. I know it's not a particularly busy filter lane, but you can tell when the light should have gone green as neither pedestrians or other cars can go, and everyone is sat stationery.
