On 30th August I tripped over some broken/damaged paving slabs on Castleton Boulevard close to the crossroads with Roman Bank

I tripped and fell on the uneven surface. I sustained a painful wrist injury which may be broken but I am wearing a splint as a precaution, I suffered with bruised ribs and a shoulder injury and I banged my head resulting in my spectacles breaking and me having a painfully swollen black eye as a result. The incident occurred on 30th August and I was treated in A&E on the 31st August.which was treated at A&E. I do have additional photographs of the area and ones to substantiate my injuries but can only attach 3. Should you require more photographs please advise and these can be emailed.
