Four drain covers missing on Pacey Way NG31 7WS

Four drain covers are missing/have been removed along the length of Pacey Way. The holes are filling up with detritus/vegetation and are beginning to overflow with rainwater. They also present a trip hazard, particularly at night. I noticed this yesterday 19/09/18 and reported it to Anglian Water, who inspected this morning 20/09/18 and referred me to you. I understand from other residents that the problem has been present for AT LEAST seven days.
