Why is this closed? The street lamp cover is still propped up behind it on pavement. First reported 24 Sept. The faulty street light outside no 19 was fixed, but not the lamp with dropped cover.

It is now 20 November 2018 and the street lamp shade is still on the ground outside no 8 D'Aincourt Park. Your report says "no further action", but surely LCC replaces covers - the lamp is open to the elements. Please explain. If we do not need covers on our lamps, please remove the one on the pavement.
