Tree branches blocking public right of way

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 338985.
Tree trunks, branches and fencing have been placed where Marian Avenue (northern end) adjoins open land across which runs a public right of way in use openly and uncontested for in excess of 20 years. It is the subject of an application for a DMMO submited on 24/11/2018. The right of way is therefore completely obstructed. A Notice under the HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 130A(1) to secure the removal of an obstruction will follow.

The public right of way has also been obstructed by secured fencing at Marian Avenue, southern end. The route is impassable.
