Footpath badly breaking up

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 339119.
Approximately a 10m section of footpath is breaking up immediately at the main entrance to spilsby franklin hall, halton road, spilsby pe23 5la. the path has become very gritty and uneven and is starting to break up. the hall has disabled access via this entrance and the path is becoming a problem. the path has been deteriorating over the last 12 months. recently a member of a group using the hall fell here and broke his hip, he was using a mobility aid at the time. can you please help. thank you
