Street lights out of synch with part night lights. Winton Road, Hales Lane, The Gleanings, Megs Lane.
Reported in the Street light category by C Smith at 06:27, Tue 16 October 2018
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 339535.
The street lights were re-set at the weekend (Night of 13-14 Oct) and they are now not coming on in the morning until about 0645, the rest of the village seems ok. This is the 3rd winter of part night lighting and this is the 3rd time this has happened I am aware that the timings need to be re-set when the clocks change but it never seems to affect the rest of Navenby, just our streets. The clocks don't change for almost two weeks yet and it means that our streets will still be out of synch with the rest of the village. Please explain why this affects us in Winton Road and the immediate surrounds and why this is the 3rd year of it being the case once you have brought us back into line with the rest of the village and Lincolnshire. Finally the part night lights are supposed to be on by 0600, it was part of the agreement so you are in direct contradiction of this.
