Noisy drain cover since road resurfaced in May 2018

Noisy ironworks situated along road between High Street, Market Deeping & Horsegate, Deeping St. James since June 2018 post road surfacing. There are multiple references (#4110793, 337535, 4110180) on this website to noisy manhole covers/surface drain that have all come about after recent road resurfacing between High St, Market Deeping and Horsegate, Deeping St. James. Since this resurfacing was completed, many of the manhole covers/iron works that appear to be part of the surface water drainage system are now making a noise each and every time a vehicle passes over them. I surprised that this has not been dealt with as the amount of noise coming from some of these manhole covers/raised ironworks is so loud that it must annoy local residents, as if I lived besides any one of these ironworks and kept hearing the constant loud clunk-clunk each time a vehicle passes over them, I would be driven to despair. Can you please take steps to rectify asap as the continuing noise issue which is growing daily, will in time lead to permanent damage to the ironworks as the constant clunk-clunk will ultimately lead to the failure of one/all and cause an accident.
