Timing of street lights

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 340120.

The street lights on The Park have started coming in later. There are already reports of a defective footpath and when out walking the dog at 6am it is pitch black. Please can the lights be switched on at 6 rather than 6.45 or 7. Thank you.
