I see that there has not been significant movement on this issue. Can you please provide me with a genuine update? I keep being told that it is being looked into, but this is not enough. This has been the case for months. The flooding issue is persistent and significant. Today, for example, the flooding is well over the pavement - the result being that there is no way for me (or any of my neighbours) to leave my home without welly boots and the near-guarantee that I will be splashed head to toe by passing traffic. The situation is worse for the Church next door, which is frequented by elderly people who are caught between the wall of the church yard and the street - resulting in them being absolutely drenched with water. For reference, the water on the street is roughly 10cm deep and the water on the pavement 2-3cm deep.
It is unacceptable that I cannot leave my home without wading through water - especially over a period of nearly a year. Please provide me with a plan for action to resolve this issue.
