The block paving is loose and has sunk around the perimeter of the manhole cover. Thought this had been reported, as nothing was happening decided to report it myself

Ref: 341676 I have received an update regarding this problem I reported which states "Closed". No further action. I have not been advised that it will be repaired, therefore I must assume you are not. Could you advise as to why this is so, as recently the council repaired a similar manhole cover further up the street which was not a trip hazard and in a better state of repair?
