Traffic Lights not on green long enough

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 341814.

Traffic coming from Wyberton Low Road (south), only letting 4 cars out at time when there is a long queue of traffic at rush hour. Issue seems to be present for 6+ months now.
